The Council usually meets twice in the Fall term (September and November), twice in the Winter term (February/March and May/June) and one Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled, usually right after the last Council meeting. Additional ad hoc meetings may be scheduled, if necessary. The meetings are held at the Faculty Club (from noon to 2 pm), and the Club provides a delicious lunch with the meeting starting 30 minutes later.
