The McGill Research Group in Epidemiological and Mathematical Modeling (GEM2) is an interdisciplinary research group based at McGill University in Montréal, Canada. At the intersection of epidemiology, mathematics, and population health, we develop models to monitor, prevent, control, and eliminate key conditions and disease. We generate evidence that is scientifically rigorous and directly actionable for public health decision-making. We collaborate closely with health agencies and decision-makers across Québec, Canada, and globally.

We welcome undergraduate students, graduate trainees, postdoctoral fellows, and collaborators passionate about quantitative approaches to population health.
