Steven Li Fraine

Dr. Li Fraine earned his BSc in Honours Physiology and his MSc in Physiology from McGill University. He subsequently completed his medical degree at Stony Brook University, NY in 2018. He returned to Montreal for his Internal Medicine residency at the Université de Montréal followed by his Gastroenterology residency at McGill University. Finally, Dr. Li Fraine pursued fellowship training in Advanced Inflammatory Bowel Disease at Mount Sinai Hospital in Toronto. He joined the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at St. Mary’s Hospital and McGill University’s Department of Medicine as Assistant Professor in 2024. His areas of expertise include IBD, general gastroenterology, and teaching.
