Mark J Eisenberg

Dr. Mark J. Eisenberg is a Professor of Medicine at McGill University and a Cardiologist at the Jewish General Hospital. He completed a BA in Chemistry at Cornell University, followed by an MD at the University of Rochester. He subsequently completed a residency in internal medicine at McGill University, a Master of Public Health at Harvard University, and a research fellowship in echocardiography and epidemiology and a cardiology fellowship at the University of California. In 1995, he completed an interventional cardiology fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic.
His research focuses on the primary and secondary prevention of cardiovascular disease, with topics ranging from interventional cardiology to broad public health issues such as smoking and obesity.
