What would my participation involve?

Seven study visits over a four month period. Each visit lasts from one to six hours
Questionnaires
Medical tests including:
- blood
- urine
- chest X-ray
- electrocardiogram
- glucose tolerance test
- physical exam
- body composition assessment (DXA)
- resting metabolic rate
- insulin sensitivity test
- fat biopsy
