Simulation 2

We concluded the second simulation for the Scheduling Project. Communication plan:

  • The Dean of each participating Faculty was sent (via email) a copy of the simulated master timetable for his/her Faculty the end of the week of July 14, 2008.
  • The results were also communicated to the Chairs, Directors and Scheduling Coordinators of the academic units within each of the participating faculties during the week of July 21, 2008. They were asked to review the results for their units and provide ES (Registrar's Office) with feedback by August 18, 2008. Feedback was received from academic units during August, September and October 2008.
