(Tentative Date) Registration period for Fall 2027 and Winter 2028 using Minerva for all newly-admitted undergraduate students, whose highest level of education prior to registering at McGill is high school, who have a classification of year 0 (U0), and who are entering Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Engineering (including Architecture), Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science.

This also includes opening of registration for Quebec Inter-University Transfer students.

Registration period using Minerva for newly-admitted Continuing Studies students and returning Continuing Studies Special students for Fall courses and programs.

IMPORTANT: Newly-admitted students and returning special students in Continuing Studies have until Monday, August 30, 2027 to register for at least one course in order to avoid late registration penalties.

Late registration period for Continuing Studies students with a $25.00 fee.

Deadline for web withdrawing (grade of "W") from the first half of multi-term (D1/D2) courses that started in the Summer 2027 term and end in the Fall 2027 term (no refund for D1 course; fee refund with web drop of Fall D2 course) for Agricultural and Environmental Sciences, Arts (including Social Work & Religious Studies), B.A.&Sc., Continuing Studies, Education, Engineering (including Architecture), Graduate Studies, Law, Management, Music, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy and Science.

(Tentative Date) Registration period for Fall 2027 and Winter 2028 using Minerva for all newly-admitted students in Law. NOTE: First year Law students have until the McGill course change deadline of September 14 to make course selection changes based on language preferences only.

IMPORTANT: New students have until Saturday, August 14, 2027 to register for at least one course in order to avoid late registration penalties.

(Tentative Date) Registration period (credits restricted to 9 credits) for Fall 2027 and Winter 2028 for returning 3L students (includes Exchange, Special and Visiting) in the Faculty of Law.

IMPORTANT: Returning students who fail to register in at least one course by Saturday, August 14, 2027 may continue to register after this date and until the end of the registration period, but with late registration penalties.
