Annual Birks Lecture Series - The Bhakti Movement

This year's lecturer, Prof. John Stratton Hawley from Columbia University, will speak on the Bhakti Movement in the lecture "Religious nationalism and the British Raj," which is free and open to the public. A second lecture, "Memory, geography, and the religion of the heart," will be presented at 5 pm in the Birks Heritage Chapel on Tuesday, October 30, and is equally free and open to the public.
