CIRM Hires a New Event Manager

Published: 6 February 2023

Welcome to our new colleague, Pierre Antoine, who will be taking part in supporting CIRM and its activities as Event Manager!

Pierre is a Master's student in French Literature at McGill University in the Département des littératures de langue française, de traduction et de création (DLTC). Holding a Bachelor's degree in Creation from Université du Québec à Rimouski (UQAR), he chose to pursue this path in Montréal. In his artistic practice, he is particularly interested in marginality, chaos, and those who “lack voices.” His M.A. thesis will focus on self-sacrifice as a means of social inclusion in Michel Houellebecq's works. Naturally eclectic, he often takes on too many literary projects at once…

We congratulate him on this appointment!
