CARIWIN was officially launched at the Accra Beach Hotel, Barbados with welcoming remarks from Dr. David Farrell, Principal of CIMH. The CIDA Head of Development in Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean, Mrs. Kathlyn Dunlop witnessed the signing of the agreement between Professor Chandra Madramootoo, Associate Vice Principal of McGill University and Dr. Farrell.
