- Are 18 or older
- Live in Ontario or Quebec
- Have been diagnosed with any type of cancer
- Have completed cancer treatments (surgery, radiation therapy or chemotherapy), are now "cancer-free"
- Are interested in learning more about self-care options to manage mood
I thought it helped me a lot because [the toolkit] is expressly for people who have had cancer, who have gone through this disease and find themselves in this type of situation.
