Perception of Bilingualism (PoB) among Québec Frontline Workers
(Funded by FRQSC Team Grant to Montréal Bilingualism Initiative, MoBI)
Québec is home to many languages, creating a linguistically diverse environment. In this study, we want to understand how linguistic diversity is viewed among frontline workers in Québec.
We are looking for adults (18+) who are in-service or pre-service frontline workers from education, healthcare, social services and community settings to participate in a study. You will:
Complete a 10-15 minute online survey looking at your:
1. Social & language background
2. Frontline setting language practices
3. Perceptions of language practices in your professional context
Eligibility:
- 18 years old and over
- Pre-service (student) or in-service (professional)
- Speaking French and/or English
- Living in Quebec
Participants will be offered compensation via raffle entry for a one in ten chance to win a $20 gift card.
