The ABR Working Group commits to overseeing and implementing the Action Plan. Members of the Working Group hold positions across various McGill units.

Professional Exchange Program (PEP)

The Professional Exchange Program (PEP) aims to increase the representation of, and career opportunities for, Black administrative and support staff.

Black Staff Employee Resource Group (ERG)

Black Staff Toolkit

The Black Staff Toolkit is a regularly-updated list of staff resources at McGill compiled by members of the Anti-Black racism working group and Black staff.
