Reservation inquiry

Once your reservation form is sent, we will contact you within 48 hours with a confirmation or advise you if it is not available.
The Reservation office hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm | Weekends & Holidays: closed

The best way to contact us is via email reserve.residences [at] mcgill.ca.
Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am. A credit card is not required at time of booking except for Grand Prix and Osheaga dates where guests must call in to make payment in full.
24 hour notice prior to check-in is required for cancellation except for Grand Prix and Osheaga where cancellations are not permitted and reservations are final and fully charged at the time of booking.
Rooms are available from May 15 - August 4, 2027. Rates for 2027 have not been confirmed.
