DCL candidate Carlos Ivàn Fuentes wins International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea moot competition
Carlos Ivàn Fuentes, a doctoral student at McGill’s Faculty of Law, won both the top Prize and the Best Speaker Award at the Mooting Competition held last August at the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, in Hamburg, Germany.
