Focus online - Pierre-Emmanuel Moyse speaks about creativity and intellectual property

In a video interview with Focus online, Professor Pierre-Emmanuel Moyse explains how the law of intellectual property (IP) affects areas that were formerly classified as strictly commercial and as having no artistic value.

He also details how one of his research projects (funded by the FQRSC) examines how artisanal skills could be leveraged to stimulate creativity and innovation.

Professor Pierre-Emmanuel Moyse, a specialist IP law, currently heads the Centre for Intellectual Property Policy at McGill University.
