Minnie Grey amongst Upcoming Honorary Doctorates 2024
Born in Kangirsuk, on the western shore of Ungava Bay, Minnie Grey has spent nearly 40 years advocating for the health and well-being of Inuit and the Inuit ways of life in various polar regions.
On Tuesday June 4th 2024 at 3pm, Minnie Grey will be presented with an Honorary Doctor of Laws (LL.D.) at the School of Continuing Studies at McGill University.

Graduate students in Education and Science earn Rathlyn Fellowships
Karen Martin and Dane Malenfant have been named Rathlyn Fellowship recipients for the 2023-24 year. This fellowship of $12,500 is awarded yearly by the Indigenous Studies Program to support Indigenous graduate students in their pursuit of excellence in research.
