Austin is a graduate student in clinical psychology working under the supervision of Dr. Michael O’Hara in the Iowa Depression and Clinical Research Center (IDCRC) at the University of Iowa. He has been working on the Iowa Flood Study since 2009 with a particular interest in the effect of contextual stressors (e.g., work and financial stressors) on mothers’ experience of parenting. He has conducted interviews for the Flood Study in the past and currently helps with developmental assessment run in the IDCRC lab.
