I am a clinician-scientist studying immune mechanisms in multiple sclerosis, with a focus on translating protein biomarkers and immune signatures into clinically actionable tools. My work integrates large-scale proteomics (>1000 CSF and blood biomarkers), single-cell transcriptomics (CITE-seq and novel probe-based methods), and high-dimensional immune profiling with clinical and imaging data. I leverage paired CSF–blood proteomic datasets at diagnosis and longitudinal single-cell datasets capturing untreated relapse biology. Supported by NSERC and Brain Canada, my program combines method development and multi-omic integration to define disease mechanisms, validate biomarkers, and enable precision diagnostics and targeted therapies.
