If you have a McGill email address consult our support directory for helpful information or make a request on our SHHS customer service portal.
If you do not have a McGill email address:
- Send your message to: jirasd.shdcs [at] mcgill.ca
- You will receive an automated email, click on Activate my account to create an account (using your email and a password).
- Once your account is set up, your original message will already appear as a ticket — no need to resend it.
