The Academic Affairs Office of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences is committed to supporting academic activities of faculty members including recruitment and academic appointments, immigration, licensing and hospital appointments, promotions and tenure, and honorary degrees. The office serves as the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences liaison to the offices of the Provost, Academic Personnel and Secretariat.
The office also advises faculty members, department chairs and administrative offices on University policies and procedures related to recruitment and retention, academic salary policy and compensation, leaves and retirement.
