Managing or participating in the management of funds is a critical and challenging role. In order for Administrators to manage their funds at McGill, they must be well versed in:
- The policies and processes of acquiring spending power which involves having budgets setup for the various types of funds;
- The policies and processes involved in spending once spending power is established;
- Managing, controling and reporting on the spending power within their units.
