The Lucian Committee is thrilled to support the Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan (CHAL) program at the MUHC. Specifically, we will support two of their initiatives
- CHAL Summer School – This 5-day interdisciplinary training program is designed to equip trainees with advanced knowledge and practical skills in circulatory health and cardiovascular research, emphasizing the latest developments and innovations in the field.
- Collaborative Exchange Grants – Two competitive, project-based grants will be offered to initiate new or advance existing collaborations between McGill researchers and the Lucian Award laureates. Each grant will support a 10- to 12-week trainee exchange to catalyze future high-impact projects.
Both of these initiatives will start in the summer of 2026. See this site for details as they become available: https://rimuhc.ca/cardiovascular-health-across-the-lifespan-program
