Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan (CHAL) Program

The Lucian Committee is thrilled to support the Cardiovascular Health Across the Lifespan (CHAL) program at the MUHC. Specifically, we will support two of their initiatives

  1. CHAL Summer School – This 5-day interdisciplinary training program is designed to equip trainees with advanced knowledge and practical skills in circulatory health and cardiovascular research, emphasizing the latest developments and innovations in the field.
  2. Collaborative Exchange Grants – Two competitive, project-based grants will be offered to initiate new or advance existing collaborations between McGill researchers and the Lucian Award laureates. Each grant will support a 10- to 12-week trainee exchange to catalyze future high-impact projects.

Both of these initiatives will start in the summer of 2026. See this site for details as they become available: https://rimuhc.ca/cardiovascular-health-across-the-lifespan-program
