Request technical support for uApply (Graduate Admissions System)

McGill academic staff members: Please use the uApply support form on the IT Support site.

This form is to be used by referees, reviewers and applicants, who do not have a McGill username.

Check the Known Issues for uApply (the Graduate Admissions System) to see if your issue has already been identified.

If you are a referee and you need to report an error in the information displayed on screen, or if you have questions about the requirements of the reference letter/recommendation, please contact the appropriate program coordinator.

Enter your 9-digit McGill ID number if you have one.
Enter a phone number where we can contact you if needed.
Enter a brief subject (max. 50 characters) for the support request; this will be used as the subject for subsequent emails.
Enter a detailed description of the problem/question, including the term and year, and curriculum information.
If you are reporting an error within the uApply system, please provide the error code you see on screen.
Upload a screenshot to illustrate the issue if needed (png, gif or jpg)
Files must be less than 800 KB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg png.
