NanoTemper Monolith NT.115 Thermophoresis

Determine binding affinity using microscale thermophoresis (MST)

MST is a powerful technique that is used to quantify biomolecular interactions such as binding affinity, protein folding, thermodynamics, and enzyme kinetics. This highly sensitive technology allows for precise quantification of these molecular events independent of their size or the specimen under investigation.

Fee structure

Academic: $20/hour, Non-Academic: $50/hour

Training/Technical Support: $50/h

Training is required to access the instrument. It includes basic features and proper usage and usually takes 1-3 hours

For inquiries about access to the NanoTemper MST, visit our Contact Us page.

Changes during biomolecular interactions such as Hydration Shell, Size, & Charge are detected in closed conditions rather than native conditions.

With the Monolith NT.115 you can:

  • Get quick results
  • Measure any sample type
  • Consume very little sample
  • Do minimal sample prep
  • Optimize assays easily
  • Evaluate difficult targets
