Awards of Excellence
This award is supported by The College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and is presented to CFPC members who is the past 12 to 24 months have made an outstanding contribution in a specific area pertaining to one or more of the following areas: patient care, community service, hospital or health care institutions, College activities (National or Chapter), teaching, research, or other elements of the academic discipline of family medicine.
Award: Recipients will be recognized by their Chapters at their Annual Scientific Assembly/Annual General Meeting and/or other Chapter events. They will also be acknowledged nationally during Family Medicine Forum (FMF)
Eligibility: Nominee must be a good standing member of CFPC. The contribution being recognized must have occured in the part one or two years. Each Chapter may have its own eligibility criteria.
