Eric Grignano

Dr. Grignano has completed his undergraduate training as well as his residency in Hematology-Oncology at the University of Paris-Saclay, France. Dr Grignano also completed a Master’s degree in Oncology at Paris XI University in 2015 followed by a PhD degree in Oncology at Paris Cité University in 2022. He then completed in December 2024 a 2 year post-doctoral Research Fellowship in Basic Hematology at the Princess Margaret Cancer Center, University Health Network (Toronto) on the role of CHIP mutations, mitochondria and inflammation in Myelodysplastic Syndrome (MDS) and Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML).
Dr. Grignano will be developing his expertise in myeloid neoplasms within the malignant hematology group with a primary focus on basic laboratory research on Myelodysplastic Syndromes and Acute Myeloid Leukemias while contributing to clinical activities within the MDS/AML platform at the McGill University Health Center.
