This vehicle platform has hydraulically adjustable height and wheel-base width allowing for imaging of plants from emergence to 2m height. The phenotyping platform is designed to measure multiple traits and characteristics of a variety of crops; monitoring growth and development in response to biotic and abiotic stresses in natural field environments. This high-clearance system can perform: morphometric analysis, infrared and visible (RGB) light analysis, chlorophyll fluorescence kinetics imaging, thermal imaging, hyperspectral imaging, and NIR imaging.

 


 

This field-based high-throughput plant phenotyping platform (HTPPP) is anticipated to be available for the 2024 field season. Project inquiries are welcome.
