Meta-Analysis | Method in which the results of two or more studies are statistically combined. Typically used when studies have few subjects, but similar designs. By increasing the available number of subjects, more weight can be given to the findings.

Bruininks-Oseretsky Test of Motor Proficiency | This is a battery of assessments focusing on motor proficiency. The tests may be used for evaluation or in the development programs. Eight subsections within 3 central sections are used. 1. Gross motor development: Running/agility, bilateral coordination strength. 2. Gross and fine motor development: Upper-limb coordination. 3. Fine motor development: Response speed, visual-motor control, upper-limb dexterity and speed. Children between 4 and 15 can be tested. |
