We know that mental health is a great concern on campus, and we offer resources all year round to help students form healthy life habits that invite spiritual wellbeing and inner peace.
We also know that connection is key and that is why we invite students to drop in to our Interfaith Lounge during exam season. Each day from April 17-30 during the lunch hours 11:30-1:30, bring your lunch and a mug or thermos to enjoy our tea, and join in de-stress activities and conversation with our staff, volunteers and your peers!

As you're preparing to write your finals, stop by our pop-up MORSL de-stress and spiritual care station in the Sports Complex. You can find us from 1-2PM daily in the Mind/Body Room of the gym, which is in the basement close to the Fitness Centre.

As you're coming in to write your finals in the evening, stop by our pop-up MORSL de-stress and spiritual care station in the Sports Complex. You can find us in the conference room 352, which is just up a short flight of stairs to the left, when you come in the rear entrance of the McGill Sports Complex.
