Description: Reconstruction of the Upper Main Road, from the Y intersection to the McCall MacBain Arts Building, including underground work.

Construction restart date: March 31, 2025

Planned construction end date: November 2025

Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. / Saturday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.
