(Lot 1) and Couverture Montréal-Nord (Lot 2) to carry out the following project: 22-018 Redpath Library, McTavish Wing – Rehabilitation of Building Envelope - Lot 1, Repair and waterproofing of foundations, and Lot 2, Slate roof repair.

Description: The project consists of the first two lots (Lot 1, Foundation Repair, and Lot 2, Roof Repair) of the Redpath Library, McTavish Wing, building envelope rehabilitation project.
