Financial Services Drop Box /Services financiers boîte de dépôt

Dear McGill Community Member,

Due to sustainability efforts to go paperless, the use of the Drop Box (at 680 Sherbrooke outside of room 724) has significantly decreased in the past few years, and effective November 5, 2024 will be removed.

We encourage you to use internal Mailing Services when directing cheques to Financial Services as they provide a safe and secure option, but you may give advance notice to the Fund Administrator if you wish.

Drop Box in lobby at 3465 Durocher

This memo is sent on behalf of Julie Ghayad, Director Systems and Transaction Services

Dear Colleagues,

Since 3465 Durocher has sustained water damage, our employees have very limited access to the building.

All Financial Services’ mail is being redirected to Student Accounts. Please refrain from using the drop box in the lobby of 3465 Durocher and send all documents/cheques via internal mail instead.
