With so many parents in the U.S. strapped for cash, Canada is starting to look like a great place for college. More and more Americans are choosing Canada, up to 9,000 are now studying here, up 50% since 2001... attending schools like McGill, Carleton, U of T, Dalhousie and UBC but at 30-60% less than what private US schools charge. "We are not trying to sell a cheap education," Associate Provost Morton Mendelson told NBC Nightly News, "but a quality education."
