Published: 15Jul2014

McGill School of Information Studies recent graduate Ada Chan (MLIS '14) was interviewed by the McGill Library's "Library Matters" blog about her successful Practicum placement with the Library while a student in the Master's program.

During her Practicum, Ada was responsible for implementing usability tests and assessment tools to investigate how undergraduate and graduate library users from the McGill community use the library website for their research and learning needs.

This article is the third of five interviews featuring Master of Library and Information Studies (MLIS) Winter 2014 Practicum students discussing their work at the McGill Library and examining how their experiences may help to inform Library units as they move forward with related projects.
