MONTREAL - Soccer players Sebastian Munro and Alexandra Morin-Boucher are the McGill University athletes of the week for the period ending Aug. 29, 2010.

Munroe, a 6-foot-1, 183-pound forward from Vancouver, B.C., scored the game-winner in back-to-back contests as McGill swept the Old Four men's tournament in Kingston last weekend. The 18-year-old science freshman snapped a deadlock with five minutes remaining in the tourney finale, Sunday as McGill edged Queen's 2-1. The previous day, Munro, a product of St. George's School, tallied at the 25-minute mark to give the Redmen a 2-0 lead over Western Ontario in a game they ultimately won 2-1.

Morin-Boucher, a 5-foot-6 striker, also notched a pair of winning goals as the Martlets swept the women's division of the Old Four tourney in Kingston. The 21-year-old physical and health education junior scored in the 29th minute of both games, a 2-0 whitewash over Western on Saturday and a 1-0 conquest over Toronto in Sunday's finale.  A product of College de Joliette, Morin-Boucher joined the Martlets in 2008.
