Management Information Systems professor Liette Lapointe's research team receives $3.7 M funding

Headed by Dr. François Beland (Jewish General Hospital - Montreal) and Dr. André Tourigny (Institut national de santé publique - Sainte-Foy), Prof. Lapointe's team has won a total of $3,729,170 over five years to research frailty and aging.

The objective of the CIHR Team Grant program is to strengthen Canadian health research by supporting teams of talented and experienced researchers. This year CIHR funded seven projects out of the initial 111 Letters of Intent (LOIs) received.
