Life Sciences reserves and services moved to Osler Library of the History of Medicine

Published: 1 December 2015

On December 1, 2015, the Life Sciences Library Service Point was relocated to the Osler Library of the History of Medicine (still on the 3rd floor of McIntyre Medical Building). Loans services, including course reserves, are now available from Osler Library. Please note, however, that course reserves materials for Nursing have been moved to Schulich Library of Science and Engineering.

A life sciences librarian is available from 1pm - 4pm, Monday - Friday in Osler Library. All life sciences liaison librarians are available for consultation either at the service point in Osler Library, in their offices at Schulich Library, or at another location by mutual agreement.

Nearly all of the life sciences collections were relocated to the Schulich Library of Science and Engineering during 2013, with low-use items being transferred to storage in the Currie Gym.

Please consult the McGill Library Catalogue to verify the location of materials. Students, faculty, researchers and staff can request materials for delivery and pick up at Osler Library of the History of Medicine.
