The Impact of the Strike in Quebec’s Construction Industry on McGill University 

The Quebec-wide construction strike affects construction and renovation projects underway at McGill. A strike of any significant duration will inevitably impact the schedule for completion of our projects.

All construction sites at McGill have been closed and secured for the duration of the strike. For your safety, it is important to remember that all of these sites remain construction sites, even when work is not underway. They are not accessible to the public and security compliance measures remain in effect.
