Construction start: Montreal Neurological Institute - Cyclotron aerial exhaust

McGill University has mandated Ardec Construction Inc. to carry out the following project: Montreal Neurological Institute / 18-121 - Cyclotron aerial exhaust.

The project consists of installing the aerial conduit to replace the existing one at the Montreal Neurological Institute hospital.

Construction start date: September 22, 2023

Planned construction end date: November 1, 2023

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Scope of work:

Exterior: Installation of the ventilation duct on the roof and on the side of the Penfield wing.

Impact:

• The interior courtyard will be inaccessible for vehicles.
• Emergency exit doors remain functional. People will be able to exit the interior courtyard via a pedestrian path.
