Evening lecture-performance for The Ghost in the Machine: Technologies, Performance, Publics, a conference hosted by the Institute for the Public Life of Arts and Ideas, Improvisation, Community and Social Practice, and the Schulich School of Music, in collaboration with the Federation des associations des musiciens educateurs du Quebec.
The conference addresses the relationship between technological innovation, composition, performance and the experience of music.
Professor Beghin is a member of the Department of Music Research in the Schulich School of Music.
