May 1-7 is Mental Health Week!  Human Resources Health & Wellbeing and Organizational Development are pleased to present 'Meditation: The gateway to inner peace and stability'.

If stress has you anxious, tense and worried, why not consider meditation. When you meditate, you clear away the information overload that builds up every day and contributes to your stress.

Join Mr. Jacques Savage, a 40 year veteran of meditation and a facilitator with The Art of Living Montreal, and learn how meditation can help you manage your stress, increase self awareness and reduce negative emotions.  Discover the power of the breath. Learn how spending just a few minutes in meditation can restore your calm and inner peace, thereby benefiting your emotional well-being and your overall health.

Mr. Savage will also show you simple breathing practices and will lead you through a relaxing guided meditation.

Date: Tuesday, May 2

Time: 12:15 pm - 1:15 pm

Location: Presbyterian College, 3495 University St.
