Gault Nature Reserve

Discover the most beautiful montérégienne: Mont-Saint-Hilaire. Located in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, the Gault Nature Reserve of McGill University is a private reserve which protects 1,000 hectares of natural primeval forests. Its panoramic landscapes unveil the most important remains of the ancient forests of the St. Lawrence Valley.

Researcher Veronika Zlatkina describes how sight, smell, memories and other brain functions are related to specific areas of the brain.  Accompanied by some striking visual images ---and a real human brain---her talk is a virtual tour around our most complex organ. Finally, participants may get the opportunity to touch an actual human brain.
