Research Symposium: Trajectoires de soins du sujet âgé vulnérable: de l’analyse à l’intervention
This half-day symposium, organized in the context of the Entretiens Jacques Cartier, will bring together players in the field and the modelling of complex care trajectories for vulnerable elderly patients. The cross-analysis of global demographic trends, medical, social and environmental risk factors, and the direct and indirect impacts of the various public health plans implemented in France and Quebec on health outcomes and care consumption, will give rise to a synthesis and reflections to guide future experimentation or intervention protocols.
This symposium is part of a partnership approach currently being developed between the Institut du Vieillissement of the Hospices Civils de Lyon, the RESHAPE Laboratory of the Université Lyon 1 and McGill's Department of Family Medicine's ROSA (Research on the Organization of Services for Alzheimer's) research group.
