International Yoga Day Practice
Join MORSL and the Healthy Living Annex in celebrating International Yoga Day with a stress relieving practice. A student yogi initiated this event and will lead the session! From deep breaths to deeper connections, we'll seek to transcend the physical, embrace the spiritual, and explore yoga as a journey of self-discover. The hour-long session will include asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing techniques) and meditation.
We'll meet in 5001 Brown at 12:00 - 1:00 PM. Snacks will be provided. Some yoga mats will be available, but please bring your own mat if possible.
