CBC Radio 1 (88.5 FM in Montreal) will broadcast "Love on Trial: Same Sex Marriage and the Law of Shakespeare," a debate between Paul Yachnin, Tomlinson Professor in the Dept of English, and Desmond Manderson, Canada Research Chair in the Faculty of Law. The debate took place before a packed house at Redpath Hall on September 27, and both introduced and dramatized the McGill Shakespeare Moot Project to the wider McGill and Montreal community.

Starting with the "round-ups" in Western Canada that saw many Aboriginal children adopted into non-Aboriginal families, Aboriginal children have for many decades been displaced from their birth homes. This film features seven adoptees who candidly share their stories and reveal how being adopted shapes an individual's identity throughout childhood. NFB film, 48 min, directed by Dana Inkster.
