About the Speaker

Gant Luxton is a professor of Genetics, Cell Biology and Development whose research expertise lies in directional cell migration and organelle positioning.

Research at the Luxton Lab combines biochemical, biophysical, cell biological, molecular genetic and quantitative imaging approaches to understand the molecular mechanisms and consequences of nuclear and centrosomal positioning during directional cell migration in the context of human disease.
