Over the course of the summer, McGill undergraduate students started developing innovative projects for use in the pre-university level classroom. This summer's students were challenged with building projects from the brainstorming phase, through proposals and prototypes, culminating in an Open Lab in early August.

Charged with the task of keeping core science education entertaining, the summer team started a wide range of projects with a focus on Newtonian forces, electromagnetism, alternative energy, paper and ink recycling, biological systems, and polymer chemistry.
