| What is Service Point? | Service Point will provide newly-integrated front-line Undergraduate and Graduate student administrative services including: ID cards
Also included are selected services for Arts or Science students such as:

| Why? | The idea responds to the recommendations of the Task Force on Student Life and Learning and submissions to the Red Tape contest. |
| Where? | Service Point will be located at 3415 McTavish St. in the McLennan library building at street level. It will be the "starting point" of the McTavish student services corridor. |
| When? | Service Point will open its doors in late June 2010. |
