Do you have a course in WebCT Vista this term? McGill University wants to learn about your experiences so far. The Vista team would like your perspective to help us improve the implementation process. Please share your opinions with us at one of the following focus group sessions.

A new variant of Beagle, Worm.Bagle.BB-gen, or W32.Beagle.CG@mm, is currently spreading through McGill's email system. It arrives via email, with a blank subject line and a .zip attachment (price.zip or newprice.zip). Do not open attachments.
There is a new virus circulating through McGill's email system. Do not open attachments coming from a bogus @mcgill.ca email address such as email@example.com or from the "Mcgill Support Team" telling you that "Your account has been suspended" or that your "Password has been successfully changed."
The Minerva Nakisa Organization Chart system will be unavailable from Tuesday, August 23 at 5:00 pm until Monday, September 6 at 9:00 am, for an upgrade to provide security enhancements. Nakisa users will receive instructions on using new features via email.

With the introduction of Active Directory (AD), a new feature in the directory structure is being provided, allowing you to segregate in your Home drive (R:) your non-position-related files (e.g., your email pst files).
Please note that the previously announced unavailability of the PO-BOX mail server (@po-box.mcgill.ca) on Saturday, August 13, 2005 has been cancelled.
